Hi, haven’t had much luck in sourcing the correct rear shocks for my wagon so in the meantime I thought I’d ask if anyone has fitted a light bar to their Mondeo using the pictured item and how did you fit it.

I started with a light bar - bolted through the light plastic of the bumper bar and the a brace either side through the grill back to the radiator support panel

I then upgraded to LED driving lights. Same bracket and once again braced through the grill to the radiator support. These weigh over 4kg and with the brace, don't wobble at all

Thank you for that. Did you just use a bit of aluminium strap for the bracket.

Yep, I think it was 15x3 strap from bunnings. A few well placed bends and twists and a coat of matt black paint
