Hey guys thinking of coming down to you blokes for a tune in the near future as I've nearly gotten all the mods I want for now on my car but at the moment just fine tuning some things myself.
Quick question though, I have your older style BPR air box that DOESN'T seal with the bonnet. Anyways my air temp on the vehicle is around 34c its 18 degree max today but i'd say around 15c where I am currently. Is this temp to high for my intake at idle? Car hadn't fully heated up either was sitting on a quarter. One note to mention I have extractors which produce a lot of heat wondering if there would be any worth in fabricating a heat shield or heat wrapping them in an attempt to drop the radiant heat in the engine bay. Cheers boys.
